Project Goal
Support production, sales, and branding of revitalized indigenous soybean O-DEPPO. Connect more chefs, food creators, brewries, curators and farmers,etc. to form a susinable and profitable tourism contents contributing local economy.
Major actions
- Made an English F2F story summary, and supported the US food writer’s interview to the local stakeholders as a curator.
- Proposed the main coordinator (running tofu factory) the idea of F2F tourism by involving other types of hosts, now planning a kick-off.
- Start info sharing with Nara prefecture concerned division asking for their pormotional support, etc.
